The pattern-making stage of the model, which is the first step of the production process, is very important.

Here, the goal is not only to ensure that the pattern matches the measurement chart but also that it is suitable for the human body structure in terms of shape. Taking into account the customer’s critical requirements, the aim is to start production with the most accurate pattern.

Proper pattern planning actually allows many processes during production to be carried out more efficiently. This not only contributes to the quality of the final product but also plays a key role in increasing the factory’s daily productivity.

As productivity increases, it provides opportunities for us to offer more competitive prices to our customers.

Before the fabrics go into cutting, we pass them through presses at a certain temperature.

During the production process, dozens of cut pieces go through high-temperature ironing and pressing multiple times during the assembly phase.

With this process, which we refer to as stabilizing the fabric before cutting, we prevent measurement deviations in the final product.

Three different production lines are used during the manufacturing phase:

1- Main Body Preparation Line

2- Sleeve Preparation Line

3- Inner Lining Preparation Line

The pieces prepared on these three separate lines are assembled in the final stage to form the jacket. In these stages of production, we aim to achieve the highest level of quality by using high-tech machinery in many operations—from pocket making to hem folds.

The final stage of the production process comes after the main body, inner lining, and sleeves are assembled.

At this point, the products go through quality control and final pressing. After the final inspections are completed, they are packed and made ready for shipment.

In this stage, dozens of high-tech ironing systems are used to ensure the jacket achieves its ideal optical form and appearance.
